To mark her identity,to be independent, to earn a living, to run her family or to support her husband run the family, there are numerous reasons today women step out of their home, to work and to earn.
Due to economic pressures, as well as being more aware and educated, women today are
taking up new roles and challenges of work and career

SKILL TRAINNING
PROGRAMME
Due to these extraordinary vocational skills, women are able to send their children to schools regularly and providing educational support in time. The dropout from schools has reduced. We have been donating six months skills training in fashion designing courses for the 25 women in a batch belongs to backward sections in Rural Village Area through teaching classes, providing raw material like threads, needles, clothes, scissors, etc. In every batch, course completion certificate and conducting orientation course on marketing skills, escort services to avail the loans from the financial institutions, banks.
SHG GROUPS
Through our IPDA NGO womens`s SHG groups have developed loans through banks to start new business and improve their economics status improve. IGP we improve their economic status by providing goat, cows and chickens through the program . our organization trying to help women in many different project to start their own business for that we request you to help and empower people.
